When you shop on MediaWorks2, if you have any questions about an item, please feel free to message us anytime.
Rest assured that you can shop confidently with MediaWorks2’s return and refund policy and MediaWorks2 Purchase Protection Program.
Almost all items you bought on MediaWorks2 are eligible for return and refund within 90 days if you are not satisfied with them, with just a few exceptions:
– Clothing items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or are part of an incomplete set.
– Items specifically labeled as non-returnable.
– Some free gifts.
In addition, under the MediaWorks2 Purchase Protection Program, we offer full refunds for any item(s) that do not arrive, arrive damaged or are not as described.
Once you click checkout and complete your payment, congratulations! You have just made a purchase on MediaWorks2. We will send you an email confirming the items in your order. You can also view your order information by going to ‘Your orders’ on your account page from the MediaWorks2 app or MediaWorks2.com.

Please first check if a family member or friend has used your account details to place an order. It’s also possible that someone may have misspelled their email address when registering for an account on MediaWorks2 and accidentally placed an order. If you suspect fraud, we recommend changing your account password immediately to protect your account and prevent unauthorized orders in the future.
Payments
We work with major payment providers to keep your payment information secure and safe.
Here are a few of the payment methods we accept:
– Major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
– Apple Pay
– Google Pay
– Cash App Pay
– PayPal
– Venmo
– Buy now, pay later services, including Klarna pay in 4, Afterpay, Affirm and Paypal Pay.
Depending on your state, some categories of items are taxed, and others are not. We’re required to charge sales tax on applicable items if the state you’re in mandates it.
PayPal uses various security measures to protect its users. Because of this, PayPal may occasionally prohibit a buyer from submitting payment to a merchant through PayPal. For more help, you can contact PayPal’s customer service team directly or you can try to complete your payment using an alternative payment method.
Shipping
No. However, there may be free shipping promotions from time to time.
Some items from your order may be shipped separately to help you receive them faster. While most items can be processed within 1-3 days, some items may have longer processing time.
Your order may also be divided into two or more packages if the total combined weight exceeds the weight limits of couriers.
If your order is divided into multiple packages, you will be able to see the delivery times and individual tracking numbers for each package in separate tabs on your order’s tracking page.
Our packages are shipped internationally, so you will likely begin to see updates from US shipping companies (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) after the package is cleared by US customs and the US shipping company receives your package.
We suggest you check the tracking information on the ‘Your orders’ page for more details, as it is updated regularly. Just click ‘Track’ next to the order you want to check.
Returns
If you have not mailed out your package, you may cancel your existing return request and submit a new one with a different return method.
Almost all items are eligible for returns and refunds within 90 days from the purchase date. The few exceptions are for:
I. Items that can’t be returned:
– Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene stickers removed.
– Grocery and food products.
– Health and personal care items.
– Some free gifts.
– Some customized products.
– Some underwear orders.
II. The return window for products of most electronics is 45, 60 or 90 days from the date of purchase depending on the seller.
After you submit your return request, you will need to return your package within 14 days. You may not return any items after the 90-day window expires.
When you apply for a return, your return label will be generated. You can find your return label at ‘Your orders’ → ‘Returns’. You may click ‘Print Return Label’ to download the return label. Please remember to print and tape it on the outside of your return package and mail it out.
