Purchase Protection Program: All items you buy on MediaWorks2 are eligible for a full refund any time before any of the requested collaboration and design work starts. A partial refund of 50% will be available after the collaboration and design work have started if you decide not to proceed with the project and only if 50% or less of the project has been completed. After the website has been built and customer approved, no refunds are available. Refunds are issued based on the purchase method.

Please first check if a family member or friend or co-worker has used your account details to place an order. All orders are followed up with a call from a representative to collaborate the website design needs of our customer. If so, there will be a record on file. In addition, the email could be a mistake or a fake that was not sent by our company. However, If you suspect fraud, we recommend changing your account password immediately to protect your account and prevent unauthorized orders in the future.
In the interim, we will work with you to verify the stated order and to legally resolve the issue up to a full refund based on our refund policy if any funds have been exchanged and if our company has been found at fault. Shop with no worries, we are here for you.

The refund time is based on the purchase method used:

Refunds from credit card payments can take up to 14 days. Refunds from PayPal can take from 5 to 30 days. And refunds from Affirm can take up to 3 business days.
